Serving as the center-point of the Riverwalk Campus, the Pavilion provides a place for connection and activity for visitors, tenants and residents alike. With delicious cafes, premium offices and a beautiful venue space at its core, the true gem is the turf field that sits atop the parking structure. Created as a space to hold events, host tournaments, the field at the Pavilion is sure to bring plenty of life and activity to Riverwalk.

September 14th, 2022, marks the official opening of the Pavilion Field at Riverwalk. Lupoli Companies has donated use of the field to the City of Lawrence’s Pop Warner football program as well as its Beyond Soccer program. Upon opening, the Pavilion Field is already being rented out for practices and games by a variety of Merrimack Valley organizations.
The Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was the perfect opportunity to celebrate the strides Sal Lupoli of Lupoli Companies has made to the city of Lawrence. The event brought awareness to the 80,000 square-foot build out that will feature offices and restaurants with an attached 1,250-space garage.

At the center of our ground-up construction project is a unique structure for 1,200 vehicles, but the main feature will be on the top level—a regulation-size turf football field. Not only will tenants be able to run on the in-laid track, but local football, lacrosse and soccer teams will hold practices, hone their skills and play games here.
